Codex 全员重置会不会把我的周重置日往后推？

OpenAI 未公布。帮助中心只说自动或全员重置「刷新公告里指定的那些限额」，没提周重置日期。相比之下，用掉完整重置卡会「改变你的周重置日期」，购买即时重置后「下一次自动周重置安排在你第一次请求之后的第 7 天」。09-07 全员重置与 09-09 事故后的用户报告互相矛盾，以 Settings → Usage 为准。

三种重置里有两种对周时钟的影响是有文档的。重置卡：「Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date.」购买的即时重置：新的周周期从重置生效后你在 Work 或 Codex 的第一次请求开始，不管还有没有剩余用量；「Your next automatic weekly reset is scheduled 7 days after that first request.」
第三种就是本站出发板追踪的全员重置，官方只有一句话：「An automatic or global reset refreshes the eligible usage limits specified in the announcement. You don't need to apply it yourself, and it won't appear as a saved reset in Settings.」帮助中心没有任何一句说周重置日期是保持原样还是重新锚定。本站不用猜测去填这个空。
官方 Codex 仓库里的用户报告两个方向都有。2026-09-07 全员重置之后，issue #44201 说周重置时间戳「appears to have remained on the pre-global-reset schedule」。2026-09-09 事故之后（状态页：「Some Codex users may be experiencing unexpected usage limit resets」，17:29–17:54 UTC；Tibo Sottiaux：部分重置卡「not fully applying」），issue #45236 与 #44443 报告没用任何重置、日期却被推后。这些是观察不是规则；你自己账号 Settings → Usage 里显示的日期才是唯一权威。

全员重置之后我的周重置日往后跳了，官方有说明吗？
没有。OpenAI 帮助中心写了全员重置刷新什么，没写它对周重置日期做什么。有用户报告 2026-09-09 事故后日期被推后（issue #45236、#44443），也有用户报告 2026-09-07 全员重置后日期没变（#44201）。如果你没用过重置卡也没买过重置、日期却变了，帮助中心让你带上日期、时间、时区和 Usage 页截图联系 Support。
要不要把重置卡留着，以防全员重置马上要来？
OpenAI 不会提前公告全员重置，所以没有可以卡的时间点。重置卡「is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window」，全员重置之后它原样保留；但它也有自己的到期日。issue #43694 正是因此请求 OpenAI 把全员重置改成发重置卡；那是请求，不是政策。
怎么看我现在的周重置日期？
在 ChatGPT 桌面应用或网页打开 Settings → Usage，或在运行中的 Codex CLI 会话里输入 /status，「Weekly limit」那一行会打印重置时间。任何重置之后面板「may take a short time to update」，比较日期前先刷新或重新打开。
