「You have a new rate limit reset available — You were granted a rate limit reset that will expire in 30 days.」是什么意思？

这条横幅宣布的是一张重置卡。OpenAI 的定义：「a one-time Codex usage-limit reset saved to your account until you use it or it expires. It is not purchased credit and does not permanently increase your plan's usage limit.」重置卡是促销性质的：发布奖励或推荐成功，通常买不到。

不兑换什么都不会发生。重置卡「must be applied by you」；兑换时「Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date.」它「is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window」，而且会过期：Codex 定价页写明重置卡「are usable for 30 days after they're granted」。

出处 openai/codex issue #37396（2026-08-07，macOS 上的 Codex App 26.803.41515）里，Pro 用户看到横幅后用量面板仍显示 1 张可用而不是 2 张，兑换后从 1 变 0，也就是说新发的那张根本没入账。OpenAI 不会不经调查就补发「not applied as described」的重置，所以缺了就去报告。

看到它该怎么办

  1. 先确认数量

    打开个人菜单看用量摘要，或在桌面 App、网页、CLI 打开 Settings → Usage。OpenAI 原话：「select the usage summary showing the available reset count, such as 1 reset available.」横幅出现后数量没变，就是 issue #37396 的 bug。

  2. 在它能刷新到东西的时候兑换

    点「1 reset available」或「Full reset」，「Review the expiration details, then confirm that you want to use it.」整张重置刷新两个窗口并改变周刷新日期；没有可刷新的内容时它会继续保留。CLI 里用 /usage 可以「redeem an available earned reset」。

  3. 盯住过期时间

    重置卡自发放起 30 天内可用，「Once an unused reset expires, it cannot be restored or reissued.」让它过期的，Support 不会补发。

  4. 没入账就报告

    横幅出现但数量没变，联系 OpenAI Support 让其核查资格，或带横幅和用量面板截图去 github.com/openai/codex 提 issue。「Reporting an issue alone does not qualify you for an additional reset or compensation.」

什么时候重置？

你自己的窗口：这条横幅本身不重置任何东西。兑换重置卡时，5 小时窗口和周窗口立即刷新，Settings → Usage 显示新的周刷新日期；面板「may take a short time to update」。在那之前两个窗口按原来的时钟走，/status 能看到。

全员重置：重置卡和本站板面上的公告重置不是一回事。OpenAI：自动或全员重置「does not create a saved reset」，它一次性作用于所有人。上方板面行显示有记录的最近一次；Codex 历史页列出每一次公告，包括 2026-09-03 和 2026-09-04 的重置卡发放。

必须马上用掉吗？

不必，但要在 30 天内：「Banked rate-limit resets are usable for 30 days after they're granted.」OpenAI 也说过期时间可能因活动而异，以账号里显示的日期为准。Tibo Sottiaux 提到有用户「had stacked up to three banked resets」。

整张重置卡到底刷新什么？

「Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date.」只有至少一个窗口真的被刷新，它才会被消耗；否则继续可用。

横幅出现了，但可用数量没变，怎么回事？

这就是 issue #37396 的 bug：Pro 用户看到横幅，面板仍是 1 张，兑换后变 0。带截图联系 OpenAI Support 核查资格；帮助中心说 Support「can review eligibility」，但不会仅凭申请就补发。

能在 CLI 或手机上兑换吗？

能。Codex CLI 里「/usage — View account token usage or use a rate-limit reset」；Tibo Sottiaux 在 2026-07-12 宣布「the ability to use a banked reset from web and mobile」，此前只能在桌面 App 里兑换。
