「1 reset available」是什么意思？

这个标签出现在 Codex 桌面 App、网页的个人菜单用量摘要里，以及 CLI 的 /usage 菜单。OpenAI 帮助中心原话：「Select the usage summary showing an available reset, such as '1 reset available' or 'Full reset.'」数字就是你持有的重置卡张数。

重置卡不是 credits，也不会提高计划上限。兑换它只做一件事：「Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date.」它「is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window. If there is nothing to reset, it remains available.」

重置卡来自促销活动。OpenAI Support：「Banked resets are promotional Codex rate-limit resets, they aren't something you can normally purchase.」帮助中心记载了 GPT-6 Astra 发布前后 2026-09-03 与 2026-09-04 两次向 Plus、Pro、Business 用户的发放，同时还有一次立即生效、不可存储的全员重置。重置卡自发放起 30 天内可用。

看到它该怎么办

打开用量摘要
「Open settings → usage on the desktop app, CLI, or on web」，或在个人菜单里点显示「1 reset available」或「Full reset」的用量摘要。Codex CLI 里：「Type /usage to open the usage menu. Choose whether to show token activity or redeem an available earned reset.」
看过期时间，再确认
「Review the expiration details, then confirm that you want to use it.」重置卡自发放起 30 天内可用；「Once an unused reset expires, it cannot be restored or reissued.」
核对新的刷新时间
「Check Settings → Usage for your updated reset time.」面板「may take a short time to update. If the percentage does not change immediately, refresh or reopen Settings → Usage」。
被消耗却没刷新就报告
数量减了但进度条没动，带截图联系 OpenAI Support；重置卡「is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window」，花掉却无效属于 bug，值得报告（参考 issue #37396）。

什么时候重置？

你自己的窗口：不兑换什么都不变。兑换后两个窗口同时刷新，Settings → Usage 显示新的周刷新日期，/status 也会打印；购买的即时重置效果相同但不能存。把新时间贴进窗口倒计时即可。

全员重置：宣布的全员重置「does not create a saved reset」，它立即作用于所有人，并以重置事件的形式出现在本站板面上。上方板面行显示有记录的最近一次；Codex 历史页列出每一次公告（含重置卡发放）和原帖。

常见问题

没有需要重置的东西时兑换会怎样？

不会白白损失：「The reset is consumed only when it successfully refreshes at least one eligible usage window. If there is nothing to reset, it remains available.」等某个窗口真的不多了再用。

我的周刷新日期会变吗？

会。整张重置卡「changes your weekly reset date」，帮助中心让你「Check Settings → Usage for your updated reset time.」5 小时窗口同时刷新。

重置卡从哪来，能买吗？

来自促销：「Eligible Plus and Pro users may receive them through limited promotions, such as launch rewards or successful referrals.」通常买不到；OpenAI 向符合条件的个人 Plus、Pro 账号出售的是购买即时重置，它「cannot be saved for later」。

能在 CLI、网页或手机上兑换吗？

CLI：/usage 可以「redeem an available earned reset」。网页和手机：自 2026-07-12 起，Tibo Sottiaux 宣布「the ability to use a banked reset from web and mobile. Before today you could only do it in the desktop app」。
