能不能改周重置日，或把 5 小时窗口挪一下？

Claude 的周时钟由 Anthropic 固定。Max 计划文章：「The weekly limit resets at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account. Your reset day and time stay the same regardless of when you start using Claude or when your subscription begins, and you receive your full weekly allowance each cycle. You can see your next reset time in Settings > Usage.」可配置的重置日是官方仓库里一条尚未实现的功能请求（anthropics/claude-code #90579，2026-08-29），不是设置。5 小时会话限制「will reset every five hours」，没有任何控制项可以挪它。

Codex 的周时钟按账号计算，只有重置能移动它。「A new window starts when you send your first message in Work or Codex after the previous window ends」说的是 5 小时窗口，你没法预约它。周日期在两种有文档的情况下会变：「Using a full banked reset refreshes your 5-hour and weekly Codex usage windows and changes your weekly reset date」，以及购买重置之后「Your next automatic weekly reset is scheduled 7 days after that first request.」两者都有代价：重置卡是会过期的消耗品，购买的重置「cannot be saved for later」而且一般不退款。

所以唯一的杠杆是重置之后什么时候发第一条请求，而且只在 Codex 上有效。因为购买重置后的新周期「starts with your first request in Work or Codex after the reset is applied, regardless of whether you have any remaining usage」，你发出那条请求的那一天就成了新的周锚点。这是买重置的后果，不是排期功能；本站不建议为了挪日期花钱。
