什么是周限额？

Codex：周限额叠在 5 小时窗口之上，"controls how much included work you can use over the weekly usage period."。时钟按账号计："Your new weekly period starts with your first Work or Codex request after the reset, and your next automatic weekly reset is seven days after that request."。完整重置卡 "changes your weekly reset date"。/status 会打印日期，例如 "Weekly limit: … 97% left (resets 17:41 on 1 Jul)"。

Claude：Anthropic 在 2025-07-28 宣布周限额："We're rolling out new weekly rate limits for Claude Pro and Max in late August. We estimate they'll apply to less than 5% of subscribers"。这个限额 "applies across all models"，并且 "resets at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account"；"Your reset day and time stay the same regardless of when you start using Claude or when your subscription begins"。Settings > Usage 分别显示 "for Opus only and all other models" 两条周用量条。

Grok：付费用量从一个周用量池计量。"The usage pool limit resets every week on a schedule shown in the Usage tab in Settings"，并且 "When your weekly usage limit is met, paid features will pause until your weekly limit resets."。Grok Bot 有自己的周用量："Usage resets weekly."。三家厂商都不公布周额度数字，本站也不估算。

在出发板上，全员重置通常意味着所有人的周限额被刷新了：@bot 2026-08-26 的帖子说 "We're also resetting weekly usage limits for all users"，Codex 的全局重置刷新公告里点名的额度。你自己的周时钟仍然是独立的：出发板从不显示它，「已重置」「重置卡」「预告中」「等待中」「已超期」描述的是公告，不是你的账号。
