这句话来自 2025 年 9 月的 Codex CLI 0.39.0（openai/codex issue #3899，2025-09-19）：和现在同一个限额拦截，只是等待时间写成「N days N hours N minutes」，而不是绝对的「try again at」时间。到 2026 年文案已改成绝对时间戳（issue #34360 显示「try again at Jul 25, 2026, 11:09 AM」），但搜索里仍大量出现旧句子。

报告里的倒计时是「5 days 22 hours 11 minutes」。几天的等待不可能是 5 小时窗口，所以这种形式的提示说的是周限额已用完；OpenAI 按「a five-hour window and a weekly window」计量 Codex，且没有公布周限额数字。
