FAQ
How do I cancel?
Open your manage link and choose Manage billing. It opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in two clicks. No email to anyone needed.
Which countries can receive the SMS and calls?
We send through Twilio, which reaches most countries. Delivery to some regions, mainland China (+86) included, is not guaranteed for SMS; the phone call is usually the more reliable channel there. Email and push keep working regardless.
How many messages a month?
One SMS and one call per official reset signal on the boards you pick. From public records that has been roughly one every few days for Codex, and far fewer for Claude and Grok. No filler messages.
