没有。2026-09-18 读取的官方命令表里没有 /limit-reset，截至 2.1.276 的 changelog 也从未提到；说法来自第三方博客。没有任何命令能重置额度：会话限额每 5 小时自行重置，周限额在每周固定时刻重置。真实存在的是 /usage、/usage-credits 与 /rate-limit-options。

怎么算
命令表列出了什么。/usage：显示会话成本、计划用量限额与活动统计，/cost 与 /stats 是别名。/usage-credits：触限时配置用量积分或向管理员申请，前身是 /extra-usage。/rate-limit-options：显示在 claude.ai 额度拦截请求时继续工作的方式——等待并在刷新时自动续跑、添加用量积分、或升级计划；它不出现在命令菜单里，需要完整输入。/status 打开状态页，显示版本、模型、账号与连接情况。
不存在的是什么。在官方 CHANGELOG.md（2.1.276 及更早）里 grep「limit-reset」零命中，命令表也没有这一行。这个说法出现在一篇因该短语排名的第三方博客上；code.claude.com 上没有任何东西支持它。你在网上找到的命令如果不在表里，Claude Code 只会给出最接近的命令建议，不会重置。
额度实际怎么刷新。Max 计划文章：基于会话的用量限额每 5 小时重置，周限额在分配给你账号的每周固定时间重置。唯一能提前刷新额度的是 Anthropic 自己的全员重置（本站板面记录），以及让你不移动时钟也能继续工作的用量积分。

常见问题
怎么重置我的 Claude Code 额度？
重置不了。会话限额每 5 小时自行重置，周限额在分配给你账号的每周固定时刻重置。想现在继续：/usage-credits 购买或申请更多用量，被 Opus 或 Sonnet 限额拦住时用 /model 换家族，/rate-limit-options 等待并自动续跑。
/extra-usage 被什么取代了？
/usage-credits。命令表说它在浏览器里打开用量积分账单设置，Team 与 Enterprise 上没有账单权限的成员则从 CLI 向管理员发送申请，并注明「前身 /extra-usage」。
为什么 /rate-limit-options 不在菜单里？
有意为之。命令表说它不出现在命令菜单里、需要完整输入。它需要 claude.ai 订阅，等待并续跑那几行需要 Claude Code v2.1.234 或更新。
全员重置算一种命令吗？
