怎么用 /usage 查 Claude Code 剩余额度

在 Claude Code 里输入 /usage。官方文档写明，Pro 与 Max 订阅者在同一屏幕上看到套餐用量条、活动统计和用量归因。同样的限额也能在 claude.ai 的 Settings > Usage 看到：5 小时会话已用多少、还剩多久，以及周限额何时刷新。Anthropic 帮助中心另提到可用 /status 监控剩余额度。

步骤
Claude Code 的 Pro 与 Max 用量和 claude.ai 计入同一个池子："all activity in both tools counts against the same usage limits."。/usage 就是这个池子在终端里的视图，它显示的会话条就是那个 "will reset every five hours" 的 5 小时限额。
在 Pro、Max、Team 或 Enterprise 计划上，/usage 还会显示计入套餐限额的用量归因：最近的用量按 skill、subagent、插件和各个 MCP 服务器拆开。这告诉你是什么把窗口耗掉的，而不只是还剩多少。
网页端 Settings > Usage 列出 5 小时会话已用量和剩余时间，并能 "Check when your plan's weekly usage limit resets for Opus only and all other models."。周限额 "resets at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account."。Anthropic 不公布消息条数。
- 打开 Claude Code
在项目目录启动 Claude Code。斜杠命令在会话内的 Claude Code 提示符下输入。
- 输入 /usage
订阅计划上，这一屏同时显示套餐用量条、活动统计和用量归因。文档原话："Subscribers see plan usage bars, activity stats, and a usage breakdown on the same screen."
- 读会话条和周限额条
会话条是 5 小时限额，周限额条是跨所有模型的上限。刷新时间都是你自己账号的时钟：会话 "will reset every five hours"，周限额 "resets at a fixed time each week that is assigned to your account."
- 读用量归因
归因部分显示 "what counts against your plan limits"，按 skill、subagent、插件和各个 MCP 服务器拆分。当长上下文或缓存未命中占最近用量 10% 以上时也会标出来。

网页显示 5 小时会话已用多少、还剩多长时间，以及周限额分别为 Opus 和其他模型什么时候刷新。网页、桌面和 Claude Code 用的是同一个池子。

常见问题
在 claude.ai 聊天会占用 Claude Code 的额度吗？
会。"Both Pro and Max plans offer usage limits that are shared across Claude and Claude Code, meaning all activity in both tools counts against the same usage limits."。帮助中心还补充，claude.ai、Claude Code 和 Claude Desktop 的用量都计入同一个限额。
为什么会有单独的 Opus 条？
Settings > Usage 显示周限额 "for Opus only and all other models" 各自的刷新时间。Claude Code 的错误参考里有对应的报错 "You've hit your Opus limit"，只作用于该模型家族；用 /model 切到家族之外的模型可以继续工作。
用量积分（usage credits）会改变刷新时间吗？
不会。"Your plan's included usage limit will reset every five hours once you reach it. Usage credits don't affect this reset timing."
每个会话能发多少条消息？
Anthropic 不公布条数。Pro 计划页面说条数 "will vary based on message length ... the length of your current conversation, and the model or feature you use."。Max 5x 与 20x 的描述是 Pro 每会话额度的 5 倍和 20 倍，没有绝对数字。
