什么是 5 小时窗口？

Codex："Depending on your plan, usage limits may apply over a five-hour window and a weekly window. Where both apply, you need allowance remaining in both to continue"。窗口不是固定时钟：它从上一个窗口结束后你的第一条消息开始，而且 "You may reach the five-hour limit before five hours have passed, even if you still have weekly usage remaining."。定价页公布了各计划的估计值，例如 Plus 每个五小时周期 5–45 条 GPT-6 Astra 本地消息，但它们 "are not fixed message limits"。

Claude Pro 与 Max："Your session-based usage limit will reset every five hours."。Max 5x 与 20x 的描述是 Pro 每会话额度的 5 倍和 20 倍，没有绝对数字。池子在 claude.ai 与 Claude Code 之间共享，并且 "Usage credits don't affect this reset timing."。Settings > Usage 显示会话已用多少和剩余时间；Anthropic 的页面没有说明时钟从什么开始计。

Codex 的这个窗口关过又开过。2026-07-12 Tibo Sottiaux 宣布 "Temporarily removing the 5 hour usage limit restriction for all Plus, Business and Pro plans"。在时间戳为 2026-08-25 01:16 UTC 的帖子里他写道 "Tomorrow we will bring back the 5h limit for Plus accounts across ChatGPT Work and Codex"，据此 Plus 的恢复日期是美国太平洋时间 2026-08-25；同一帖子说接下来几个月 Pro $100 与 Pro $200 保持 "not enabled"。

在出发板上，这个窗口不是被追踪的对象。「上次重置」和「预计下次」描述的是厂商公告的全员重置，状态词「已重置」「重置卡」「预告中」「等待中」「已超期」从不指你自己的窗口。要给自己的窗口倒计时，把 /status 或 /usage 里的时间贴进窗口倒计时工具；计算都在你的浏览器里完成。
