这是 Codex 限额文案的「Upgrade to Plus」版本：计量方式和其他版本一样（5 小时窗口 + 周限额），但推销的是 Plus，因为触发它的账号没有 Plus 权益，或者 Codex 以为没有。
两条出处的账号计划都对不上。openai/codex issue #30349（2026-06-27，CLI 0.142.3）里，Plus 账号看到这句话时 /status 打印的是「5h limit … 99% left」和「Weekly limit … 100% left」；#29948（2026-06-25）里 Business 账号也收到一模一样的「Upgrade to Plus」。OpenAI 给两条都打了 bug / rate-limits 标签。
所以当句子里的计划和你付费的计划不符时，把「try again at」的时间当作不可信，先看 /status 的 Account 行。计划相符时，这句话就是字面意思：周限额或 5 小时窗口在显示的时间之前已用尽。
满的是哪个窗口？

看到它该怎么办
- 输入 /status，先看 Account 行
在 Codex 会话里输入 /status。框里的「Account:」是 Codex 认为你拥有的计划，下面是「5h limit」和「Weekly limit」两条进度条和各自的刷新时间。如果显示 Plus 或 Business 且两条都有余量，这就是已知 bug。
- 退出登录再登录
输入 /logout（「Sign out of Codex. Clear local credentials」），再运行 codex login 完成浏览器授权；issue #30349 里也试过 codex login --device-auth。Codex 把凭据缓存在 ~/.codex/auth.json 或系统凭据库，重新登录会替换掉过期的权益信息。
- 计划对不上就报告
Plus 或 Business 账号仍然看到「Upgrade to Plus」，就带 /status 截图去 github.com/openai/codex 提 issue，或联系 OpenAI Support，附上显示的重置时间、客户端与模型、以及你的时区。
- 否则等到文案里的时间
Free 或 Go 账号看到这句话是正常的：用尽的窗口会在「try again at」的时间刷新，或者升级。OpenAI Support 不会重置 Codex 额度。
什么时候重置？
你自己的窗口：如果文案里的计划没错，「try again at」就是用尽窗口的刷新时间；几天后的日期是周限额，几小时后的时间是 5 小时窗口。贴进窗口倒计时即可。如果计划错了，bug 报告里的时间戳并不可信，先重新登录。
全员重置：OpenAI 偶尔宣布的全员重置会自动应用到「the usage limits covered by the announcement」。上方板面行显示有记录的最近一次和基于间隔的估计；Codex 历史页列出每一次公告和原帖。

我是 Plus（或 Business），为什么让我升级 Plus？
因为 Codex 读错了你的权益。这正是 openai/codex issue #30349（Plus，/status 显示 99% 和 100% 剩余）和 #29948（Business）记录的情况，OpenAI 都打了 bug / rate-limits 标签。先 /logout 再 codex login 重新登录，再出现就去报告。
这条文案里的「try again at」时间可信吗？
只有它说的计划和你的一致时才可信。bug 报告里的时间戳出现在两条进度条都几乎满格的时候，并不对应真实的窗口。Free 或 Go 账号看到的时间就是正常的窗口刷新时间。
退出再登录会重置我的额度吗？
不会。/logout 只清除本地凭据（「Clear local credentials when using a shared machine」），额度属于计划本身：「Local messages and cloud chats share your plan's usage allowance.」重新登录修的是过期的权益信息，不是空掉的窗口。
全员重置能解决这个问题吗？
只有在你的窗口真的用完时才有用。OpenAI 宣布的重置会为所有人刷新「the usage limits covered by the announcement」，但不会纠正计划识别错误。上方板面行显示有记录的最近一次重置。
