怎么算
thinking 就是输出，输出是计量的。Claude Platform 定价页把模型思考时用的 token 列为按输出 token 计费；Claude Code 成本指南说 thinking token 按输出 token 计费，默认预算视模型而定，每次请求可达数万 token。
effort 是旋钮。帮助中心说更高的 effort 意味着更周全的回答，但耗时更长、用更多 token，所以你会更快碰到限额。用量还受你在用的模型和所选 effort 等级影响，而且所有 Claude 产品入口（claude.ai、Claude Code、Claude Desktop）的用量都计入同一个限额。
可以调低，但不一定能关。在 Claude Code 里可用 /effort 或在 /model 里调低 effort，也可以在 /config 里关闭 thinking，但 Fable 系列模型无法关闭。帮助中心对消费级应用的说法一样：使用 Claude Fable 5.1 或 Claude Opus 5 时无法关闭 thinking。

能不能关掉 thinking 来省额度？
