Luna Reserve 按 OpenAI 的原话是「兜底模式，不是需要购买的独立模型。它不恢复常规用量，也不解锁最强的模型」。它在常规额度用完后给被选中的账号额外的 GPT-5.6 Luna 用量，只对部分个人 Plus 与 Pro 账号开放，在用量警告里以月亮图标出现。有用户报告 Codex CLI 用不上它；帮助中心点名的是桌面应用和网页。

怎么算
Luna Reserve 是第二份额度，不是把第一份补满。「Regular usage and Luna Reserve have separate allowances」，「Luna Reserve provides additional usage only with Luna after regular usage is exhausted」，而且「Other models may be unavailable while your regular usage is exhausted.」它「has its own usage limit and isn't unlimited」，「Dismissing the notice doesn't turn off Luna Reserve or restore regular usage.」
不是每个账号都有。「Luna Reserve is only available to select accounts, and is not available to every account. Availability can change.」它面向「selected personal ChatGPT Plus and Pro accounts」，「isn't available in ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspaces」。撞限本身不会给你这个功能：「Reaching a regular usage limit doesn't by itself guarantee access」，而且「support cannot add Luna Reserve to your account if you never had the feature.」

常见问题
Luna Reserve 和重置卡、购买的重置是一回事吗？
不是。重置刷新的是你的常规窗口；Luna Reserve「doesn't restore regular usage」。它是只给 GPT-5.6 Luna 用的一份独立额度，在常规额度耗尽后才用，而且有自己的上限。
为什么我撞限时看不到 Luna Reserve？
因为它是选择性开放的：「If you don't see Luna Reserve, your account may not be included for access to this feature. Reaching a regular usage limit doesn't by itself guarantee access, and availability can change.」从来没有过的账号，客服也加不上。
在 Codex CLI 里能用 Luna Reserve 吗？
